Reporting a problem

The fastest way to get a fix is to tell us exactly what you looked at:

• the design code from the designer (TGH-XXXX-XXXX) or the link to your design;
• which number looks wrong, and what you expected instead, with the source if you have one;
• the device and browser, if something did not display.

A plan you bought

Lost the link? Go to Get my plan and enter the email address you paid with: we email you a fresh link. For anything else about an order, write from that address and include the order number from your receipt (it looks like TGH-00001).

Questions about your build

We are happy to explain how the planner arrived at a size, a vent area or a support spacing, and which extension guide or maker's table it comes from. We cannot engineer a design for your site or tell you what your town allows: for snow or wind beyond the maker's tables, an exposed site, a lean-to fixed to your house, or a permit, ask your local building department or a licensed engineer.
